1. Return Policy

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of product delivery.

Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


2. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Netbanking).

Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:

Wrong product delivered

Product received in damaged/defective condition


Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
